Record all day. Process whenever. Never lose a meeting.
Stack as many meetings as you want, in any state — paused, stopped, half-finished. Walk away, close the app, come back tomorrow. Every transcript waits for you.

You have back-to-back meetings all day. You don't have time to babysit the recording app — much less wait around for one meeting to finish processing before you can start the next.
That whole anxiety is gone now.
What you can do
- Leave a meeting at any moment. Paused. Stopped. Mid-call. It doesn't matter. State persists.
- Record back-to-back, all day. Every meeting stacks up independently. No queue, no waiting, no "finishing the last one before the next."
- Close the app. Lose internet. Hard quit. Transcripts auto-save every 10 seconds during recording. Whatever was captured is safe in the database.
- Reopen Chief whenever. Tomorrow, next week, doesn't matter. Every meeting is still there, exactly where you left it.
- Process them in any order, in parallel. Click into a meeting, hit process, immediately click into the next one and process that too. They run concurrently on the server — no waiting in line.
How to see what's pending
Open /meetings. The Needs processing filter shows every meeting that recorded but hasn't been synthesized yet. Count is right there in the filter label.
Each unprocessed meeting card has a clear action. Click in, review, process. Move on. Or come back to it later.
Why this matters
The whole point of recording your day is that you're free to be present in the conversations. Worrying about the recording, the upload, the processing — that's the opposite of present.
Chief's job is to be the safety net. Yours is to show up. That contract is now load-bearing in the architecture: transcripts persist on a 10-second auto-save tick, multiple meetings can sit in any state simultaneously, and server-side synthesis runs concurrently so nothing blocks anything else.
Walk into your next meeting without thinking about the last one. We've got it.
